Dự án được lưu tự động trên iPhone của bạn, trong tab "Dự án". Nếu bạn xoá app, dự án trên máy cũng bị xoá. Trước khi xoá app, hãy xuất video bạn cần giữ.

Dự án đã xoá nằm trong thùng rác của tab "Dự án". Mở thùng rác, bấm vào dự án, rồi chọn "Khôi phục".

Dự án tham chiếu tới ảnh và video trong thư viện. Nếu bạn xoá tệp gốc khỏi thư viện, dự án không mở được tệp đó. Thay clip bị thiếu bằng clip khác, hoặc khôi phục tệp trong album "Đã xoá gần đây" của app Ảnh.

Trong trình chỉnh sửa, bấm "Xuất", chọn độ phân giải và tốc độ khung hình, rồi đợi xuất xong. Video được lưu vào app Ảnh. Giữ app mở trong khi xuất.

• Kiểm tra dung lượng trống của iPhone. Video 4K cần nhiều dung lượng.
• Cho phép CatEdit thêm ảnh vào thư viện trong Cài đặt iPhone › Quyền riêng tư › Ảnh.
• Thử độ phân giải thấp hơn, rồi khởi động lại app.

Mở tab "Mẫu", chọn một mẫu, bấm "Dùng mẫu", rồi chọn ảnh hoặc video cho từng vị trí. CatEdittạo dự án mới để bạn chỉnh tiếp.

Đăng nhập, mở dự án, chọn đăng thành mẫu, rồi nhập tiêu đề, mô tả và thẻ. Mẫu phải tuân theo Quy tắc cộng đồng.

Bấm "…" trên mẫu, bình luận hoặc trang cá nhân, rồi chọn "Báo cáo" hoặc "Chặn". Chúng tôi xem xét báo cáo trong vòng 24 giờ.

Projects save automatically on your iPhone, in the "Dự án" (Projects) tab. If you delete the app, projects on the device are deleted too. Before you delete the app, export the videos you want to keep.

Deleted projects go to the trash in the "Dự án" (Projects) tab. Open the trash, tap the project and choose "Khôi phục" (Restore).

Projects reference photos and videos in your library. If you delete the original file, the project cannot open it. Replace the missing clip, or recover the file from "Recently Deleted" in the Photos app.

In the editor, tap "Xuất" (Export), choose the resolution and frame rate, and wait for the export to finish. The video is saved to the Photos app. Keep the app open while exporting.

• Check free storage on your iPhone. 4K videos need a lot of space.
• Allow CatEdit to add photos in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
• Try a lower resolution, then restart the app.

Yes. 4K and 60 fps export are part of Pro. The free version exports up to 2K and 50 fps.

Open the "Mẫu" (Templates) tab, pick a template, tap "Dùng mẫu" (Use template) and choose a photo or video for each slot. CatEdit creates a new project you can keep editing.

Sign in, open a project, choose to publish it as a template, then add a title, description and tags. Templates must follow the Community guidelines.

Tap "…" on a template, comment or profile, then choose "Báo cáo" (Report) or "Chặn" (Block). We review reports within 24 hours.

1. Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to buy Pro.
2. Open the Pro screen in CatEdit.

Open iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › CatEdit Pro and tap "Cancel Subscription". Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

No. You can edit and export videos without one. You need an account to publish templates and comment.

Check your spam folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Wait 1 minute, then tap "Gửi lại mã" (Resend code).
