Điều khoản này là thoả thuận giữa bạn và Techxnix LLC ("chúng tôi") khi bạn dùng app CatEdit và các dịch vụ đi kèm. Khi dùng CatEdit, bạn đồng ý với điều khoản này.

1. Điều kiện sử dụng

Bạn phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Nếu bạn chưa đủ tuổi thành niên theo luật nơi bạn sống, cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ phải đồng ý với điều khoản này. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm cho mọi hoạt động trên tài khoản của mình.

2. Giấy phép dùng app

Chúng tôi cho bạn quyền cá nhân, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng để dùng CatEdit trên thiết bị bạn sở hữu hoặc quản lý. Với app tải từ App Store, giấy phép này theo Thoả thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối tiêu chuẩn của Apple (Standard EULA). Nếu điều khoản này khác với Standard EULA, điều khoản này được ưu tiên trong phạm vi Apple cho phép. Với app tải từ Google Play, điều khoản Dịch vụ của Google Play cũng áp dụng.

3. Nội dung của bạn

Bạn giữ quyền sở hữu với video, mẫu, bình luận và tệp bạn tạo hoặc tải lên ("nội dung của bạn"). Video bạn chỉnh sửa trên thiết bị không thuộc phạm vi điều khoản này cho tới khi bạn đăng hoặc tải lên.

Khi bạn đăng mẫu, bình luận hoặc nội dung công khai khác, bạn cấp cho chúng tôi giấy phép toàn cầu, không độc quyền, miễn phí bản quyền để lưu trữ, sao chép, hiện, phân phối và điều chỉnh định dạng nội dung đó. Mục đích duy nhất là vận hành và giới thiệu CatEdit. Người dùng khác được dùng mẫu bạn đăng để tạo video của họ trong CatEdit. Giấy phép kết thúc khi bạn xoá nội dung hoặc xoá tài khoản, trừ bản sao lưu đang chờ xoá và video người khác đã tạo trước đó.

Bạn cam kết có đủ quyền với mọi thứ trong nội dung bạn đăng, bao gồm nhạc, hình ảnh, video và hình ảnh của người khác.

4. Nội dung bị cấm: không khoan nhượng

Chúng tôi không khoan nhượng với nội dung phản cảm và người dùng lạm dụng. Bạn không được đăng, bình luận hoặc chia sẻ:

  • Nội dung khiêu dâm, khoả thân hoặc tình dục; mọi nội dung tình dục liên quan tới trẻ vị thành niên.
  • Bạo lực, máu me, tự hại, hoặc nội dung cổ vũ khủng bố hay tổ chức nguy hiểm.
  • Phát ngôn thù ghét, phân biệt đối xử, quấy rối, bắt nạt hoặc đe doạ.
  • Thông tin cá nhân của người khác khi chưa được đồng ý.
  • Spam, lừa đảo, mạo danh, mã độc, hoặc nội dung sai sự thật gây hại.
  • Nội dung vi phạm bản quyền, nhãn hiệu hoặc quyền khác của bên thứ ba.
  • Nội dung vi phạm pháp luật.

5. Kiểm duyệt, báo cáo và chặn

  • Bạn báo cáo được mẫu, bình luận hoặc người dùng bằng nút "Báo cáo" trong app.
  • Bạn chặn được người dùng khác. Khi bạn chặn, nội dung của hai bên không hiện cho nhau nữa.
  • Nội dung có nhiều báo cáo từ người dùng khác nhau bị ẩn tự động cho tới khi chúng tôi xem xét.
  • Chúng tôi xem xét báo cáo trong vòng 24 giờ. Chúng tôi xoá nội dung vi phạm và cấm tài khoản đã đăng nội dung đó.
  • Chúng tôi có quyền xoá nội dung hoặc khoá tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản này mà không cần báo trước.

6. Gói Pro (thuê bao)

  • CatEdit Pro mở khoá mẫu Pro và xuất video 4K/60 fps. Gói miễn phí xuất video tối đa 2K/50 fps. Gói có kỳ hạn tháng hoặc năm.
  • Thanh toán được tính vào tài khoản Apple ID của bạn khi bạn xác nhận mua.
  • Gói tự động gia hạn với cùng giá và kỳ hạn, trừ khi bạn tắt tự gia hạn ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc. Apple tính tiền kỳ mới trong 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc.
  • Bạn quản lý và huỷ gói trong Cài đặt iPhone › [tên bạn] › Đăng ký (cài đặt Apple ID). Xem hướng dẫn của Apple. Khi huỷ, bạn dùng Pro tới hết kỳ đã trả.
  • Nếu có dùng thử miễn phí, phần dùng thử chưa dùng hết bị huỷ khi bạn mua gói.
  • Apple xử lý mọi khoản hoàn tiền theo chính sách của Apple. Xoá app hoặc xoá tài khoản không huỷ gói.
  • Để khôi phục gói trên thiết bị mới, mở màn hình Pro và bấm "Khôi phục giao dịch".

7. Hành vi bị cấm

Bạn không được dò ngược, sao chép hoặc làm gián đoạn CatEdit; truy cập trái phép tài khoản hoặc hệ thống; dùng bot hoặc công cụ tự động để tạo tài khoản, nội dung hay tương tác; hoặc dùng CatEdit vào mục đích trái pháp luật.

8. Chấm dứt

Bạn ngừng dùng và xoá tài khoản bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt › Quản lý tài khoản › Xoá tài khoản. Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản này.

9. Miễn trừ bảo đảm và giới hạn trách nhiệm

CatEdit được cung cấp "nguyên trạng". Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không bảo đảm dịch vụ luôn hoạt động hoặc không có lỗi, và không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu hoặc mất lợi nhuận. Hãy giữ bản sao của dự án quan trọng. Tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả cho CatEdit trong 12 tháng gần nhất.

10. Thay đổi điều khoản

Khi thay đổi điều khoản, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực trên trang này và báo trong app nếu thay đổi quan trọng. Nếu bạn tiếp tục dùng CatEdit sau ngày hiệu lực, bạn đồng ý với điều khoản mới.

Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Techxnix LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the CatEdit app and its related services. By using CatEdit, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CatEdit on devices you own or control. For the app from the App Store, this license is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Where these terms differ from the Standard EULA, these terms apply to the extent Apple allows. For the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, templates, comments and files you create or upload ("your content"). Videos you edit on your device are not covered by these terms until you publish or upload them.

When you publish a template, a comment or other public content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, distribute and reformat that content, solely to operate and promote CatEdit. Other users may use templates you publish to make their own videos in CatEdit. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups pending deletion and videos other users already made.

You confirm that you have all rights to everything in the content you publish, including music, images, video and the likeness of other people.

4. Prohibited content: zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, comment or share:

  • Pornographic, nude or sexual content; any sexual content involving minors.
  • Violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes terrorism or dangerous organizations.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying or threats.
  • Other people's personal information without their consent.
  • Spam, scams, impersonation, malware, or harmful false information.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
  • Illegal content.

5. Moderation, reporting and blocking

  • You can report a template, a comment or a user with the "Báo cáo" (Report) button in the app.
  • You can block other users. After you block someone, neither of you sees the other's content.
  • Content reported by several different users is hidden automatically until we review it.
  • We review reports within 24 hours. We remove violating content and ban the account that posted it.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Pro subscriptions

  • CatEdit Pro unlocks Pro templates and 4K/60 fps export. The free version exports up to 2K/50 fps. Pro is offered as monthly or yearly plans.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings: iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. See Apple's instructions. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Apple handles all refunds under Apple's policies. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • To restore a subscription on a new device, open the Pro screen and tap "Khôi phục giao dịch" (Restore purchases).

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not reverse engineer, copy or disrupt CatEdit; access accounts or systems without permission; use bots or automated tools to create accounts, content or interactions; or use CatEdit for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

You may stop using CatEdit and delete your account at any time in Cài đặt › Quản lý tài khoản › Xoá tài khoản (Settings › Manage account › Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CatEdit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits. Keep copies of important projects. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for CatEdit in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

When we change these terms, we update the effective date on this page and notify you in the app for significant changes. If you keep using CatEdit after the effective date, you accept the new terms.
