CatEdit (video editor for Android, iOS and macOS) by Techxnix LLC. You can delete your account in the app or on this page.

Delete in the app

Android: open the Me tab, tap Delete account, type DELETE, then tap Delete permanently.
iPhone, iPad: open Settings › Manage account › Delete account, type DELETE, then tap Delete permanently.
Mac: click your avatar at the top right, click Delete account, type DELETE, then click Delete permanently.

Cannot sign in? Email support@techxnix.com from your account's email address. We delete the account within 30 days.

Data we delete at once

Account: email, display name, username, bio, profile picture, sign-in methods (Apple, Google, email) and all sessions. We revoke Sign in with Apple.
Content: published templates (with cover, preview video and project files), comments, likes, saves and views.
Social activity: who you follow, your followers, who you block, notifications and reports you sent.
Brand kit: fonts you uploaded, brand colors and text presets.
Pro voices: characters used, reading history and audio files that only you created.
Usage statistics: app usage events of the account and of the app installations signed in to it.
Pro status stored on our server and email sign-in codes.

Data we keep, and for how long

Database backups: deleted data leaves the backups within 30 days.
Server logs (IP address, request time): up to 30 days, to keep the service secure.
Usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics): not linked to your account, deleted on Firebase's schedule (crash reports 90 days, statistics up to 14 months).
Pro voice audio that another user also created from the same text: kept for that user, no longer linked to you.
Purchases: Apple or Google keep them under their own policies. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you subscribed.
Videos, photos and projects on your device: they are never on our servers, so they stay on your device.
We keep data longer only when the law requires it.

Delete in the app
